I already have an active customer account. What will happen to it now?
Our customers and specialty dealers who already have an active customer account for the 3 year FEIN PLUS warranty will automatically be transferred to my.FEIN. The previously used e-mail address will still be used for login but you will be asked to create a new password. To do this, please go to my.fein.com and click on the “Activate user account” button.

Do I have to re-register all my FEIN tools?
No, all tool data, including warranty registrations, will be automatically transferred to your new my.FEIN customer account
