Answer:
BMB460 was initially replaced at Fein by BMB100 (reason: see temperature range).
BMB100 has now also been replaced at Fein by Renolin 100 Super from Fuchs (virtually identical), due to the discontinuation of BMB 100
All three can be used, depending on the temperature range
Fuchs Renolin 100 Super should be the most readily available
