We offer the free warranty on power tools and lithium-ion storage batteries including charging devices. In your personal customer account on my.FEIN, you have an overview of all your registered tools and their warranty terms.

I already have an active customer account. What will happen to it now?
Our customers and specialty dealers who already have an active customer account for the 3 year FEIN PLUS warranty will automatically be transferred to my.FEIN. The previously used e-mail address will still be used for login but you will be asked to create a new password. To do so, go to my.fein.com and click the “Activate user account” button.

Will I have to register all my FEIN tools again?
No, because all tool data will be automatically transferred to your new my.FEIN customer account, including your warranty registration.
