we prioritize the safety of our customers and the reliable operation of our products. It has come to our attention that some drills identified above were manufactured without the correct safety straps and without the proper documentation on strap use in the owner’s manual. Without these straps and proper instructions, the drills may not be able to be securely fastened, posing a risk of falling if the magnet loses its power during an unusual operating condition, which could result in serious injury.

REMEDY: We urge customers to immediately stop using the affected drills.
