The dealer is prohibited from using the purchaser's data for his or her own purposes.
Moreover, with my.FEIN you have the option of creating third parties such as employees as potential users in your own account and thus inviting them to my.FEIN. In order to do this, you must provide data such as the first and last name as well as an e-mail address at which the person to be invited can be reached. You can also provide further data about this person in this way, such as their user name, telephone number and role in the company. You are responsible for this.
f) FEIN app
As well as the functionalities of my.FEIN, the FEIN app also offers you further selected online functionalities on mobile end devices, such as direct contact with FEIN or networking with power tools, for example via a Bluetooth wireless connection. Furthermore, within the scope of these functionalities, data on the use of FEIN power tools can also be collected, processed and sent to FEIN and the respective FEIN subsidiary or distributor. In this case, the collection, processing and transmission of data to FEIN and the respective FEIN subsidiary or distributor is only permitted if you have informed these persons in advance about the collection, processing and transmission of data and you have their consent. You are responsible for this.

Facebook can assign the visit to the user's Facebook account if he or she is logged into Facebook. If users interact with the plug-ins, for instance by clicking the Like button or submitting a comment, information relating to this is transmitted from their browser directly to Facebook, where it is stored.
