Compressed air cooling lubrication
Details
- The coolant tank is pressurised through a constant supply of compressed air so that the air and coolant are sprayed onto the tool's cutting edges through two adjustable nozzles.
- The greasy components in the coolant provide lubrication by sticking to the tool's cutting edges.
- Since such low levels of spray are consumed, the ground is not contaminated.
