PC Software AccuTec ParameterControl for parameterization of the AccuTec drivers. To connect the machine to the PC, the programming adapter (9 26 04 163 02 0) with the corresponding USB cable is also required. We recommend that you regularly update the firmware on your screwdrivers to the latest version.

AccuTec Programmable Screwdrivers

FEIN AccuTec screwdrivers have been specially developed to meet the stringent requirements of industrial series production. They offer outstanding repeat accuracy, maximum precision and enormous flexibility. Fully adjustable across large torque ranges, they can perform numerous different screwing tasks and individual torque-rate joints can be handled with the programmable models. The new FEIN AccuTec ASW 18 baton offset screwdriver performs screw connections at torques of up to 531 [60] in/lbs[Nm] more reliably and efficiently. Not only are the maximum torque and speed values impressive, but both the torques and speed parameters can be individually adjusted over a large range, ensuring maximum flexibility. FEIN AccuTec ASM screw guns with mid-mounted handle are built to meet the most exacting speed and precision requirements. The electronically controlled motor speed keeps the nominal speed constant over a broad torque range up to the shutoff torque. This saves time during soft screw tasks. When the FEIN li-ion battery is used, significantly more screwing tasks can be performed per charge, so the tool can be used for a longer period during assembly work. Complex screw tasks can be divided into as many as seven segments when the programmable FEIN AccuTec PC screwdrivers are used. As a result, the FEIN AccuTec PC screwdriver can be customized to suit the torque-rate joint. This not only saves time, but also ensures that screwing tasks are performed in the best possible way.
